cf0dc1c9e7 [android] Allow overriding abi from IDE 
- This allows to build a different architecture then the default for a device, for example armeabi-v7a instead of arm64-v8a (which allows for better stack traces usually)
- Set in compiler > command-line options: -Pmapbox.abis=...

2dd8ec8854 [core] Removed unused constructor 
Not in use at the moment, was causing a compiler error on
Apple LLVM version 8.0.0 (clang-800.0.42.1).
