- Move probe related command line arguments to manifest, example:

  "probes": ["probeGFX", "probeNetwork", "probeMemory"],
  "metric_path": "metrics/linux"

- Use manifest file name as a postfix for a result page
- Move injected probes 'begin' section before map object creation
- Generalize artifact storing shell script
