A typo in a selector literal meant that `-[MGLMapViewDelegate mapViewDidFailLoadingMap:withError:]` would never be sent to delegates even if `MGLMapView` had called it. Along for the ride, create a proper `NSError` to pass into that callback, and an error domain for that error.

Make the MapContext object run on its own thread on the tests
...
The MapContext can only run on its own thread because it is
registering a EnvironmentScope and it is making many assertions
on Debug mode if its methods are being called on the Map thread.

Always request the SymbolBucket dependencies at the first pass
...
When processing a layer, we request the dependencies of all the
SymbolBuckets even if we are not processing it completely.
By doing that we are now requesting glyphs in parallel instead of
sequentially as we were doing before.
This patch is also simplifying the SymbolBucket creation code by getting
rid of the ugly "needsResources" return value passed by reference as
argument.

The libpng documentation is hopelessly impenetrable and I have no idea
what I'm doing, but this seems to fix the headless rendering failures.

Don't do things that set -e in Travis's shell
...
Sourcing files that set flags bleed into Travis' wrapper script, which
messes with their workflow, e.g. preventing after_failure scripts from
triggering.
These changes fix that:
* Move exported variables from install.sh to setup.sh, so install.sh
doesn't have to be sourced.
* Source setup.sh from run.sh, rather than directly from .travis.yml.
In addition, as a good practice, remove `set -e` etc. from setup.sh,
and add a comment not to add them back. It's the sourcing script's
responsibility to set these flags.

If the request is cancelled, the response callback won't be called, and
~Source ensures that the request is cancelled. So it's safe to bind
`this` in the lambda.
