46830f1ea5 [core] Assert and guard against null std::exception_ptr in toString 
We don't expect toString to be called with a null std::exception_ptr. But if it is, we'd prefer not to terminate the process in release builds.

Due to ARC, MGLOfflinePack can be deallocated at any time following its initialization. -dealloc ensures that the offline region observer is unset, but that step is asynchronous; there is no guarantee that it completes before the first status change update. In fact, the pack is deallocated before the first status change update unless it is captured outside of the MGLOfflinePackAdditionCompletionHandler. The pack nil check is unnecessary because the subsequent code would be a no-op.

fc0a0ef98a [core] Always return wrapped coordinates 
This fixes an issue in both iOS and Android when e.g. adding a marker on
both sides of the dateline border in Taveuni island, the marker in one
of the sides would have an out-of-bounds longitude.

78a12d9d47 [core] Ignore shortest path when gesturing in Transform::easeTo 
If gesture in progress, we transfer the world rounds from the end
longitude into start, so we can guarantee the "scroll effect" of
rounding the world while assuring the end longitude remains wrapped.
Otherwise, find the shortest path.

b5bb48edaa [core] Simplify LatLng::unwrapForShortestPath usage 
Simplify LatLng::{wrap,unwrapForShortestPath} code, avoiding duplicated
code between Transform::{latLngToScreenCoordinate,easeTo,flyTo}.

Added unit tests for camera usage in Transform to detect cases like e.g.
crossing the antimeridian as a shortest path between two coordinates.

Transform::flyTo precision loss to be handled in #4298.

7fa3b92429 [ios, osx] Tightened offline task state 
Fixed a race condition that could occur if a progress update comes after a call to remove the task but before the removal is complete. Avoid synchronously setting the task’s state inside -resume and -suspend; instead, rely on the observer to set the state asynchronously.
