# V3 通用场离线 Fixture 工具

`generate_fixtures.py` 只生成和校验 `maplibre-particle-field/v2` 离线资产；它不属于 Runtime，不联网、不修改 WeatherV2，也不把 provider 名称带入 Core。

`--write-reference-fixtures` 会生成 Wind canonical v1 升级、WeatherV2 正式 BIN 的 Wave/Tide 真实来源 fixture，以及明确标为 `decoder-fixture` 的 Rain 小型离线回退 fixture。Wave 取 `height_m` 与规范化后的 `unit_to_u/unit_to_v`；`period_s` 不进入 canonical。回退 Rain 的数值仅用于 decoder-contract 回归，不能宣称为实时或真实 WeatherV2 栅格。`--validate` 会校验 SHA-256、长度、严格单调 generation、每个有效格的所有存在 plane 均 finite 且不等于 noData、方向单位向量，并执行 synthetic Wave scalar/vector independence oracle。

所有 float plane 均为 float32 little-endian；行是北到南、列是西到东，向量为 U 向东 / V 向北。
