ff0f7a8754 [ios, macos] Refined source removal errors 
Clarified and copyedited the descriptions of errors that are raised when attempting to remove a source from a style. Worded the changelog entry more generically because the same method in Swift throws an error instead of returning.

A mismatch would occur if the identifier is used by a different source than the one being removed. An application could cause this error to occur by keeping a reference to an MGLSource after changing the style URL of an MGLMapView. Another way would be to remove a source from the style, add another source to the style with the same identifier, then attempt to re-remove the original source from the style.

9c1dfe46cf [ios, macos] Cleaned up base localization files 
Localizable strings in Darwin classes need to specify “Foundation” as the table so that NSBundle consults the right .strings files. Reran make genstrings to add some missing strings to the base localizations and undo some manual edits to the base localizations that contained errors.

95613bd7dd [ios, osx] Made OS X SDK localizable 
Replaced the iOS-specific ilocalize make rule with a genstrings make rule that creates iOS, OS X, and shared strings files. Moved the override English .stringsdict file under darwin/resources/. Made the default OS X callout view XIB localizable. Made some hard-coded strings in the OS X SDK source localizable.
