Nuno Goncalves	c3acb9fe4b	[glfw] fix help for Q and C shortcuts (#71) ... With 72df1658fa the query annotations shortcut was introduced using the previously used shortcut 'Q', which was replaced by 'C'. Help was not updated for either.
