2f0af0e8f4 [ios] Deactivate MGLMapView IBDesignable (#14379) 
Removed MGLMapView's IBDesignable attribute. The map's view render attributes
uses GL, making changes through the inspectables were not reflected in the storyboard
and were causing IB crashes.

* [ios] Remove IBDesignable agent code.

* [ios, macos] Remove NSProcessInfo category from iOS.

ca60095071 Added getter for the field isComponentInitialized 
This change is meanly because of https://github.com/mapbox/mapbox-gl-native/pull/14068 which is now throwing an exception when the component is not activated. This getter should help users to identify if the component is not activated yet to prevent usage and therefore exceptions.

2455275bf4 add onStyleImageMissing to allow dynamically loaded or generated images (#14253) 
Also make `Style#updateImage(...)` much faster when the image doesn't change size. This can be useful for asynchronously generating images.
