96f6b79251 Compare correct fill/stroke variables 
The comparisons here need to take into account the check above for the
special value {{ 0, 0, 0, -1 }} for stroke_color, which indicates that
the fill color should be used.

d1d4c007a2 Updated Mapbox DOG 
Kept the 🐶 (Digital Onscreen Graphic) in the same location, so that the bottom edge of the baseline’s outline remains aligned with the bottom of the  ℹ︎⃝ graphic.

Fixes #90.
