- No dedicated support for creating format expressions
- Java accessors for 'text-field' flatten back to String
- 'text-field' setter implicitly creates a 'format' expression. For tests, use JsonArray to build an equivalent format expression by hand.

When AndroidRendererFrontend::update() called multiple times in a single loop, updateAsyncTask->send() will perform nothing, thus MapRenderer::update()/requestRender() will be coalesced.

`runnable->iter = runnables.end()` assumes that `::end()` is a
`static` or `constxpr` and thread-safe. This is likely to be true
for most of the implementations. That said we cannot rely on
undefined behavior and we should assume the worse case scenario.

Rename HeatmapColorPropertyValue to ColorRampPropertyValue
...
Based on patch from @lbud (Lauren Budorick).
Give `HeatmapColorPropertyValue` a more generic name,
since the same value type will be used for both `heatmap-color`
and `line-gradient` properties.
