v2 修复：
- 不再使用 PowerShell 把多行 Python 通过 -c 参数传给 python.exe；
- 所有 Python helper 使用临时 .py 文件；
- audit gate 对齐当前 cm93db JSON；
- geometry validity 保持 informational；
- status-production 多行 JSON 正确解析；
- finalizer 使用当前 Dataset 专属 semantic backlog，不复用旧 Dataset 1 的静态 feature-row 数字。

如果 mapping gap closure FAIL：
pipeline 会在生成 PBF 前停止。
