# PBF-03 Pilot Generator v1.1 离线自检报告

## 变更

v1.1 在已通过单 tile 二进制兼容性检查的 v1 基线上，只补充助航名称契约：

- 新增 `OBJNAM -> NOBJNM` fallback；
- 多灯组直接名称冲突不写入 delivery；
- engineering trace 记录名称来源/候选/冲突；
- build report 增加直接名称与名称冲突统计；
- `_texto` 距离候选仍完全不参与生成。

## 静态检查

- Python `py_compile`：PASS
- Mapping rules：80
- 助航名称 direct helper：PASS
- 当前 mapping 的 LIGHTS `chart_label_text`：`first_present(OBJNAM,NOBJNM)`
- 不修改 importer / geometry / schema。
- z10/z11/z12 extent policy 不变。
- build-sample-aoi 仍固定生成 1 + 4 + 16 = 21 张/每 profile。

## 运行时待验证

本环境没有用户 MySQL Dataset，因此以下由用户本机执行：

1. 重新安装 editable project；
2. 运行 `build-sample-aoi`；
3. 运行 delivery build report audit；
4. 上传 `sample_aoi_summary_v1.json` 与 `cm95_pbf_build_reports_audit_v1.json`。

## Gate

允许进入 21 张 Pilot 批量生成。
