+
+- 不 DROP MySQL；
+- 不 import；
+- 不 build-production；
+- 不重新生成 27,038 个 jobs；
+- 不创建新的 PBF release；
+- 直接对现有 release `cm95-d1-62a85bd40d3a-6bc3c1352da3` 重新 finalize。
+
+v1.4.7 保持 v1.4.6 builder contract，因此现有 Plan/PBF 合法复用。
